Najib was seen having a meal together with Altantuya in a photograph according to Mongolian witness Amy ( Burmaa Oyunchimeg). What did he say during the Ijok by-election? Didn’t he say that he has never met her? We are very proud of Karpal Singh because for his timely intervention. If not for him, we will be still in the dark about the rendezvous btween Najib and Altantuya. At the same time , we were very upset with Manoj and Tun Majid who deliberately avoided the probing. Both must be punished for this act.Najib must now explain what sort of relationship he has with Altantuya(a.k.s Amina). A Mongolian witness caused a stir in court today when she revealed that murdered Mongolian national Altantuya Shaariibuu had been photographed having a meal with a Malaysian government official named Najib Razak.Burmaa Oyunchimeg (left), also known as Amy, told the Shah Alam High Court that Altantuya had shown her the photo in Hong Kong when she returned from a trip to France.It is believed that the government official in the photograph is Deputy Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak, who has close ties with political analyst Abdul Razak Baginda.The latter has been charged with abetting the murder of Altantuya, 28.Najib has previously denied that he had personally met the murdered woman and that he heard of her only from newspaper reports after Altantuya was murdered.This morning, Burmaa, 26, had mentioned the photograph when re-examined by DPP Manoj Kurup.Manoj was asking whether she had personal knowledge of Altantuya’s disappearance.Burmaa began her answer conveyed by her translator Enkhjargal Tsetsgee that she knew Altantuya had come to see Razak who happens to be the only person she knows in Malaysia. “I know why she wanted to see Razak Baginda, I have seen pictures of Altantuya with Razak and a government official,” she said. However, Manoj quizzed her as to how she knew Altantuya disappeared and did not follow up with Burmaa’s sudden revelation. About 20 minutes later, lawyer Karpal Singh, who is holding a watching brief for the deceased’s family, sought permission from the court to pose a question on the photograph. ‘They had the same name’ This drew protests from the prosecution and a verbal exchange ensued on the relevance of the question. However, judge Mohd Zaki Mohd Yasin granted Karpal permission. The veteran lawyer then proceeded to ask Burmaa on what was depicted in the photograph. “She (Altantuya) was having a meal at a round table with Razak (Baginda), a Malaysian government official and other people,” she replied. Karpal then asked her on the identity of the government official, and she replied: “I remember the name Najib Razak, they had the same name, ‘Razak’. I thought they were brothers. I asked her (Altantuya) if they were brothers.” This sparked off another exchange between the prosecution and Karpal before the judge dismissed Burmaa and directed the courtroom to stand down for 15 minutes. The next witness was lance corporal Rohaniza Roslan, 29, who had testified that the red Proton Wira aeroback - which was seen by Razak’s private investigator P Balasubramaniam as the car that took Altantuya away on Oct 19 last year - belonged to her. Examined by DPP Noorin Badaruddin, Rohaniza said she was off duty that night and was keeping Azilah company at the police headquarters in Bukit Aman. She and Azilah were a couple at that time. “Azilah had an assignment to escort the PM and DPM to Hong Kong but it was cancelled. So I was there to help him unpack his belongings,” she said. Rohaniza elaborated that Azilah received a call and later followed him to Bukit Damansara. She said she saw an Indian man talking to a “Chinese woman”. She told the court that she then moved to the back seat and the Chinese woman sat next to her. ‘Don’t create trouble’  According to Rohaniza, a man in a green cap then showed up, entered the car and Azilah drove them away before dropping the man off at a junction nearby. “He got out of my car, went into a green (Suzuki) Vitara and Azilah tailed him to a highway towards the direction of Bukit Aman. “It was then the Chinese woman asked us who we were and Azilah told her “police”,” the Petaling Jaya-based officer told Noorin. She said Azilah told the Chinese woman not to create trouble at Razak’s house because he has a family at home and that she should find Razak at his office instead. Rohaniza who was tearing when she was asked to point Azilah out as she revealed that she has known Azilah since 1998 when she joined the police force. Two police officers - Azilah, 30, and corporal Sirul Azhar Umar, 35 - are charged with the murder of Altantuya. Razak, 47, is charged with abetting them. Prosecutors allege that Abdul Razak and Altantuya met in 2004 and began a whirlwind affair, during which he gave her money. After they broke up a year later, he allegedly continued to give her money whenever she demanded. But the payments stopped last year, prompting her to become dissatisfied and travel to Malaysia in October, the prosecution said. Altantuya was killed by ‘probable blast-related’ injuries in a clearing in Shah Alam after she was driven away from outside Abdul Razak’s house in mid-October. All three accused faced the death penalty.

“他们可杀掉我，说我自杀” Altantuya’s letter: Razak wants me dead Soon Li Tsin Jun 28, 07 5:18pm Malaysiakini Murdered Mongolian national Altantunya Shaariibuu had written an ominous letter before her death that she believed her ex-lover, political analyst Abdul Razak Baginda, wanted to kill her.The undated letter, written before she disappeared, was addressed to the ‘Malaysian government or police or Embassy of Mongolia or newspapers’. [See two-page letter] The letter, which was revealed by the prosecution team, took the packed courtroom by surprise and was read out by the deceased’s cousin Burmaa Oyunchimeg in the Shah Alam High Court today. Burmaa, 26, who is also known as Amy, said she found the two-page letter in a white Guess bag among other belongings left behind by Altantuntya in the hotel on Nov 20. In the hand-written letter bearing Hotel Malaya’s letterhead, Altantunya said in poor English that she was going to commit suicide before Razak’s private investigator P Balasubramaniam and his assistant K Suras Kumar get to her. Earlier in the trial, the murdered woman’s two Mongolian companions - Namiraa Gerelmaa and Uuriintuya Gal Ochir - had testified that Balasubramaniam and Suras had threatened to kill them and throw them ‘out of the window’. “And before I write (this) letter I’ll (kill) myself, because I have no choice, he (Altantuya’s PI Ang Chong Beng) told (me) that they (Bala and Suras) have my letters so they kill me and say (it was) suicide,” she wrote. In the letter, she had expressed her fear over the threats from the duo and described how they have been harassing her at 5am in Hotel Malaya where she was staying. “They have been following me for four to five days. Even my hotel where I staying, workers know.”  She wrote that Razak had allegedly promised to help her when she was in Mongolia and that was why she came looking for him. She called him her boyfriend but Ang testified yesterday that she said they were married. In the letter, Altantunya also conceded it could have been a mistake to ‘blackmail’ the analyst and wrote, “Maybe I (was wrong) to have bothered and blackmailed him. “But if he didn’t promise me, I would (have) never come from far away to Malaysia,” she wrote in black ink. Altantuya disclosed that she did ask Razak for money but she had her own reasons. “Mr Razak Baginda promise to help me when I was in Mongolia. That’s why I came to see him and for help but he trying to kill me. “I’m nice person. I can’t hurt someone but (Razak) is a powerful person, he (has) money (and) he (has) connection (to the) police (and the) government,” she stated. Altantuya also revealed that she had gone to his residence in Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur, on several occasions and knew that he was married and had a daughter named Rowena. Like a couple Earlier on, Burmaa told the court that she had met Razak on three occasions since 2004 in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore. “Altantunya was always there with him,” she answered in Mongolian and translated through by her interpreter, Enkhjargal Tsetsgee. Asked by DPP Manoj Kurup to describe how they looked when they were together, Burma said: “They looked like boyfriend and girlfriend.” Burmaa (right), who studied English in Hong Kong, told the court that Altantuya would visit her and they had a very close relationship. She said that Razak would contact her mobile phone to speak to Altantuya when she was in Hong Kong.  Burmaa also revealed that she had received a text message from Razak last year saying: “Amy, can you let Altantuya know I don’t want to see her again.” “I told Altantuya about it but she said there was a little misunderstanding and told me that she would go to Malaysia, meet Razak and sort it out,” Burmaa said. The management graduate said she knew Razak had sent Altantuya money because she was asked to relay information of the transfer of some money through an agency by the former to the latter. “He told me ‘the reason I called you is because I’ve transferred money to Altantuya by Western Union. I have a reference number so I’ll let you know and you can tell her’,” she testified. Manoj then proceeded to cross-examine Burmaa about the letter and said there were another two documents allegedly bearing Altantuya’s signature for her to identify. Judge Mohd Zaki Md Yasin then broke the session for lunch and told Manoj to resume his questioning at 2.15pm. Razak has been charged with abetting the murder of the 28-year-old Mongolian national. Two police officers - chief inspector Azilah Hadri, 30, and corporal Sirul Azhar Umar, 35 - are charged with the murder. Prosecutors say Abdul Razak planned her killing and ordered two police officers — members of a special unit charged with protecting the country’s leaders - to carry it out. Baginda’s team is proud of my daughter’s murder’. Altantunya’s cousin Uuriintuya Gal Ochir displayed a poster which read ‘Hope justice will be done by the Malaysian court’. Two other posters held up by the deceased’s friend Burmaa Oyunchime and her cousin Namiraa Gerelmaa denounced Abdul Razak Baginda, among others, saying ‘he has no place on earth’ and that ‘he is not a human being’. The four stood outside the building for several minutes before dispersing. Today is the ninth day of the high-profile murder trial. Death penalty Razak, a renowned political analyst, has been charged with abetting the murder of the Mongolian national. Two police officers, Chief Inspector Azilah Hadri, 30, and Corporal Sirul Azhar Umar, 35, are charged with the murder which allegedly took place between 10pm on Oct 19 and 1am on Oct 20 last year. Mongolian translator Altantuya, 28, was said to be blown up in a jungle clearing in Shah Alam, Selangor. All three accused face the death penalty if convicted. On Tuesday, Razak’s staff showed up at court with a banner expressing support for their boss. The banner read ‘Razak Baginda staff. And we’re with you. Proud of it.’ On the first day, his relatives wore T-shirts declaring their relationship with him on the front, and stating “and proud of it” at the back.

Razak has denied that he has not married with Altantuya in Hong Kong. So what kind of relationship between Razak and her then? And how many bloggers believe in Razak’s story? The private investigator hired by Mongolian national Altantuya Shaariibuu told the Shah Alam High Court today that she had married political analyst Abdul Razak Baginda two years ago in Hong Kong. Ang Chong Beng (photo), 56, who began testifying yesterday said he was hired by Altantuya, 28, last September to find out whether Razak was still in the country. She had claimed that Razak, at that time, was her husband of two years. Cross-examined by Razak’s counsel Wong Kian Kheong, Ang said the information was related to him by Altantuya herself and that he did not suspect anything was amiss. “I did not ask for proof whether she was married or not because I had no right to,” he told Wong through a translator. When asked whether Altantuya had produced any marriage documents, Ang replied, “No, she just said so,” adding that he never suspected she was lying. “I agree that I took her bare assertion at face value despite being a private investigator of 22 years.” Ang revealed that Altantuya had called him at around 6pm on Oct 19 and asked him to take her to Razak’s house in Bukit Damansara. “She told me that (Razak’s private investigator P) Balasubramaniam had called her and told her to go to Razak’s house. I told her that I was in Johor and I didn’t have time. I told her to take a taxi (to Razak’s place),” he said. According to previous witnesses, Altantuya was last seen on Oct 19 outside Razak’s house. She arrived in a taxi but was allegedly taken away by chief inspector Azilah Hadri in a red Proton Wira. ‘No share of money’ Wong also probed the private investigator about the night Altantuya went to the Brickfields police station to lodge a police report. Wong: Did you suspect that the Mongolian women - who visited Razak at his office several times but consistently failed to see him - could be harassing Razak? Did it cross your mind? Ang: Yes. Wong: Did you know you and Altantuya went uninvited to Razak’s house at 11pm on Oct 17 last year? Ang: Yes. Wong: Did you know Razak’s house was private property? Ang: Yes. Wong: In your experience as a PI of 22 years, what offence could Razak have committed if he had uninvited visitors to his private property at 11pm? Ang: I don’t know. Ang answered: “Yes, she said if Razak does not pay her, she would reveal everything (about her relationship with Razak) to his wife, his daughter Rowena, TV3, reporters and to the rest of the world.” Words ‘were mine’ Earlier today, Ang admitted that he had written the missing person’s report that was lodged at the Jalan Tun HS Lee police station in the morning by Altantuya’s cousin Namiraa Gerelmaa after Altantuya’s disappearance. “Yes, all the words were mine from the first to the last sentence. Actually, I wanted to make a police report myself because Altantuya was my client,” he told deputy public prosecutor Manoj Kurup. “I let Namiraa do it (make the report) because I thought she is closer to Altantuya. Namiraa could not speak proper English and could only say ‘Altantuya no come back’.” Ang, who has avoided being photographed by shielding the lower half his face with a brown envelope, had been answering questions in court with a blue subpoena document and Mykad over his face since yesterday. Meanwhile, Razak told reporters from the dock that he would direct his lawyers to check with the Hong Kong marriage registrar for proof of his purported marriage to Altantuya as far back as September 2004. “I am 100 percent sure that she (Altantuya) is lying,” he said before being taken away during the lunch break. The father of a murdered Mongolian woman wants police to investigate why the immigration records of her and two companions allegedly disappeared. Karpal Singh said the father of Altantuya Shaariibuu, 28, would file a police report after the allegations emerged during court testimony on Tuesday at the trial of Abdul Razak Baginda, 47, a political analyst charged with abetting Altantuya’s murder in October last year. Prosecutors say Abdul Razak planned his former lover’s killing and ordered two police officers - members of a special unit charged with protecting the country’s leaders - to carry it out. All three face the death penalty if found guilty. “It is a very pertinent and significant issue because if any attempt was made to show that Altantuya never entered the country and therefore could not have been murdered, then I think the police ought to investigate why,” Karpal told reporters outside court. ‘Our entry was deleted’ Uuriintuya Gal-Ochir, 30, a friend of Altantuya, has testified she came to Malaysia with her in October, along with Namiraa Gerelmaa, Altantuya’s second cousin. Uuriintuya testified that Namiraa returned home earlier without a problem but when she tried to leave Malaysia with Altantuya’s father on Nov 24 - more than a month after the murder - there was no record of their entering the country. “Our entry was deleted in the immigration computer,” she testified. The woman banged the witness stand and added: “There is no record of me coming to Malaysia through Beijing. A Mongolian witness told the Shah Alam High Court today that political analyst Abdul Razak Baginda had threatened to kill her, Altantuya Shaariibuu and another friend.Namiraa Gerelmaa, 23, said following this threat, Altantuya and their friend Uuriintuya Gal Orchir had lodged a police report on the afternoon of Oct 19, 2006.She said the threatening message was related to them by Abdul Razak’s private investigator P Balasubramaniam and his assistant K Suras Kumar.“Suras Kumar and Balasubramaniam threatened to kill us, to throw us out of the window. Every night, around 3am to 5am, Suras came to the hotel (Malaya) and forcefully knocked on the door to enter our room,” she said during the examination-in-chief by Deputy Public Prosecutor Manoj Kurup.She also said that she knew Altantuya had been under a lot of pressure “thinking that she is under threat that she would be killed.” Namiraa also revealed that Suras had entered the room which Namiraa, Altantuya and Uuriintuya shared several times. “One morning at 5am, Suras knocked on the door forcefully and he came into the room. He then slept in one of our beds until 10am. “We were so scared that we didn’t sleep and stood in our room the whole time,” she said via Mongolian interpreter Engkhjargal Tsetsgee. Manoj then asked if Suras was ever friendly to any one of them and she replied with a stern ‘No’. “Every time he came (to see us), he said ‘Razak Baginda sent me to kill you’. That is why it has been unpleasant,” she explained. ‘Visit her boyfriend’ During cross examination Abdul Razak’s counsel Wong Kiang Kheong asked Namiraa why did Altantuya continue to look for his client at his house despite the harassment from Suras and Balasubramaniam and lodging a police report against them. “I don’t know,” she answered but said she was worried when Altantuya decided to go to Abdul Razak’s house alone on the night of Oct 19. Wong also quizzed Namiraa about her flight tickets which she answered that all three of them had purchased their return air tickets before entering Malaysia as tourists. “I came to visit Malaysia and to find out about studying a language course. My mother paid for my ticket,” she pointed out. Asked to relate her conversation with Altantunya before leaving Mongolia, she said: “Altantuya told me that she was coming (to Malaysia) to visit her boyfriend but never told me his name. I also did not ask for it.” Namiraa also said that she did not know about Altantuya demanding US$500,000 and three air tickets to Mongolia from Abdul Razak. Last Tuesday, first prosecution witness Balasubramaniam told the court that Altantuya had made those demands from Abdul Razak two days before she was murdered Today was Namiraa’s second day to be called to the witness stand. She was first called to the stand last Friday. The courtroom remained packed on the sixth day of the trial. Accused Abdul Razak appeared cheerful and sported a new cropped hair-do. He was seen using an electric shaver before the hearing started at 9:30am when judge Mohd Zaki Md Yasin entered. Chief Inspector Azilah Hadri, 30, and Corporal Sirul Azhar Umar, 35, from the police Special Action Squad are charged with murdering translator Altantuya, 28, at a location between lots 12843 and 16735, Mukim Bukit Raja, here between 10pm on Oct 19 and 1am on Oct 20 last year. Abdul Razak, 46, is charged with abetting them between 9.54am on Oct 18 last year and 9.45pm the following day in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur.

Uuriintuya had previously testified that she and a friend, Namiraa Gerelmaa, had accompanied Altantuya to Malaysia on Oct 8 last year. Uuriintuya told the packed courtroom that while Namiraa had left for Mongolia first on Oct 24, she couldn’t do the same as her passport was with Altantuya on the night the latter went missing. “On Nov 24, I left with Altantuya’s father Shaariibuu (Setev) but at the airport we had a problem because they (immigration officials) did not have a record of Altantuya, Namiraa or me entering the country. They said they had no data of our records. The entry was deleted in the computer. “I was still holding my air ticket so they asked me how I came into the country [...] was it by sea or by car. Expunge request As Uuriintuya was testifying, both the prosecution and defence teams raised their concerns over the relevance of the her information. However, despite objection by both counsel, she continued with her testimony through a translator. “There was no record of our entry. At that time (Malaysian honorary consul-general for Mongolia) Syed Abdul Rahman Alhabshi was also following us to Mongolia. “Two police officers took me (away) saying I came into the country illegally. I was there (at the airport) for two hours before they let me leave,” she said. At this juncture, Corporal Sirul Azhar Umar’s counsel Kamarul Hisham Kamaruddin requested the court to expunge Uuriintuya’s remarks but was turned down. “The ruling is that you don’t need to cross-examine her and this will not be expunged. It will remain here (on record),” ruled Justice Zaki. Following this exchange, Uuriintuya got up and told her translator to tell the judge that ‘she wanted to say something’. She then proceeded to reiterate to the court that there was no record of the three of them coming to Malaysia via Beijing. “It had been deleted. I wonder why our immigration records for entering Malaysia had been deleted?”  Diamond ring  Earlier on, senior counsel Karpal Singh, who is holding a watching brief for Altantuya’s family, asked Uuriintuya, a mother of three, what made her certain that several items she had been asked to identify by the authorities belonged to Altantuya. “I remember the watch because her (friend) Burmaa (Oyunchimeg) and Altantuya bought it in Hong Kong while the earrings were bought from a shop in Mongolia. “I think the ring, she told me her boyfriend bought had for her. I believe the boyfriend was (Abdul) Razak (Baginda),” Uuriintuya told the court to gasps of surprise from the gallery. She added that it was a diamond-studded gold ring. The trial is expected to run for a month and to hear testimonies from 30 to 40 prosecution witnesses. Hearing continues tomorrow. Appearing for the prosecution is deputy public prosecutor Tun Majid Tun Hamzah.

A different kind of drama unfolded in the Altantuya murder trial today when prosecution witness Shaariibuu Setev claimed from the witness stand that he was assaulted and harassed by Abdul Razak Baginda’s wife.Shaariibuu, the second prosecution witness, said Mazlina Makhzan (photo) had kicked him this morning.He also claimed that she had also punched him in the stomach as she passed by him during a break this morning.Shaariibuu added that Mazlina had been harassing him since the beginning of the murder trial of his daughter Altantuya.After hearing his complaints, Shah Alam High Court judge Mohd Zaki Md Yasin ordered that the families of Abdul Razak Baginda and Shaariibuu Setev be kept apart. In tears Earlier in the day, Shaariibuu became emotional and wept after he was shown his daughter’s photo. “She is Altantuya”, he said in the Mongolian language. He then took off his spectacles to wipe his tears before his words were interpreted into English. He also took a swipe at various media reports that had labelled Altantuya as ‘a Mongolian woman”. He said many people had reported and called her a Mongolian woman “but if you want me to mention her name, I will.” Justice Mohd Zaki then allowed a 30-minute recess to enable Shaariibuu to calm down before cross-examination by the defence. The trial will continue after lunch. 沙里布：拉萨妻子打我肚子！ 法官即刻下令分隔双方家属

炸尸案审讯进入第5天 ，继续出现高潮迭起的局面。出席作证的阿旦杜雅父亲沙里布 ，今早突然向法庭申诉 ，指炸尸案第三被告阿都拉萨巴金达的妻子玛兹琳达（左图），自审讯开始至今就不断骚扰和诅咒他，甚至用脚踢他及殴打其肚子。 在第一被告阿兹拉哈德里（Azilah Hadri）的辩护律师哈兹曼（Hazman Ahmad）在上午结束盘问后，身为第二名证人的沙里布表示欲向法庭做出申诉。 沙里布通过其蒙古翻译员以英语表示，“每次阿都拉萨妻子玛兹琳达经过（我身边），她就踢我。刚才她也打我（沙里布用手指向本身的肚子）。每一次她都压迫、骚扰和诅咒我。我很难忍受。不过，我是一个受过教育的人，我不会对她做出什么行动”。 沙里布补充说，玛兹琳达大约今早10时30分休庭时，在法庭通往证人室的入口处，再一次攻击他。 Oyunchimeg，又称艾美Amy，右图），要她以英语告诉洪忠明究竟发生了什么事，过后再由洪忠明与负责报案的警察进行沟通。 这份拥有娜米拉签名的报案书，显示她是报案者，而洪忠明则是翻译员。这份只有4个句长的报案书，是指娜米拉与阿旦杜亚在10月6日抵达吉隆坡。 不过，当翻译员在法庭上将报案书内容念给娜米拉听时，她却表示日期应该是10月8日。 指巴拉致电约往拉萨家 Oyunchimeg），或别名艾美（Amy，右图）的手上。 纳美拉今日下午回答主控官马诺（Manoj Kurup）的盘问时，透露上述情况。在前天（周三）的审讯，主控官阿都马吉（Abdul Majid Tun Setev）和表妹纳美拉供证。纳美拉也是去年10月8日陪同阿尔丹杜雅到马来西亚的两名蒙古女子之一。 阿尔丹杜雅死时28岁，她去年10月来马来西亚后，在10月18日至19日期间失踪；11月6日，她遭炸毁的残骸遗骨在莎亚南丛林被发现。沙里布上周五告诉媒体，阿尔丹杜雅毕业于两所大学，精通六种语文――蒙古语、法语、华语、英语、韩语和俄罗斯语，自四、五年前起就担任专业翻译员，并非本地媒体所说的妓女或模特儿。【点击：举证揭女儿与阿都拉萨关系 沙里布：她不是妓女模特儿】 死者并没见到“那个人” 阿尔丹杜雅（右图）当晚出去之后，就没有回来了，纳美拉担心阿尔丹杜雅的安危而去报警。 10月20日下午，纳美拉和嘉洛琪由洪姓私家侦探陪同前往警局报案。由于两人不谙马来语，英语也差，就由洪姓私家侦探协助报案。由于艾美的英语流利，所以前往报案之前，纳美拉联络了远在香港的艾美。 艾美过后联络洪姓私家侦探协助两人前往报案。当时，由洪姓私家侦探将警员的马来话翻译成英文给两人听，再由私家侦探讲给警员听；由于沟通不良，几人报案时还用绘图传达报案内容。 主控官马诺问纳美拉，在报案书上签名时是否读过报案书内容？她声称，没有人念过内容给她听。主控官后来让通译员协助纳美拉读报案书内容，不过，纳美拉随后声称，报案书中有一些话，她并没有说过。她只在报案时，告诉警员她几时来，住在什么地方、阿尔丹杜雅离开后就再没有回来。 于是，主控官马诺便逐句问纳美拉，她是否曾经在警局说过这些话。 马诺：我在2006年10月6日，和我的女性朋友阿尔丹杜雅，28岁，住在马来亚酒店，821号房。 纳美拉：我们来的日期是10月8日，我没有说女性朋友，我说姐妹（sister）。 马诺：在2006年10月19日，时间19:00（晚上七时），我的朋友阿尔丹杜雅在马来亚酒店接到一个印裔男人的电话，说她（阿尔丹杜雅）的丈夫叫他载我的朋友去白沙罗高原。 纳美拉：我从来没有说过这样的话。 马诺：然后，大约20:00（晚上八时），我的朋友联络我，她已经抵达他丈夫阿都拉萨巴金德在白沙罗高原的家。 纳美拉：我说她到了那里，其他的我没有说过。 马诺：我的朋友已经跟阿都拉萨巴金德结婚直到现在。 纳美拉：我没有说过。 马诺：直到现在，我联络我的朋友，但是都无法联络上她。 纳美拉：是我的话。 马诺：我报案的原因是，担心有什么事发生在我朋友身上。 纳美拉：我说了这些话，不过没有说朋友，而是说姐妹。 纳美拉说，直到她离开马来西亚为止，都不知道阿尔丹杜雅发生了什么事。直到后来，她在蒙古看到新闻时，才知道阿尔丹杜雅被残酷地杀死，她被枪杀，然后被炸。

Altantuya case: One of the private eyes sacked

The private eye who worked for P Balasubramaniam was sacked because he was said to have an intimate relationship with one of the Mongolian girls who accompanied Altantuya to Malaysia. According to P Balasubramaniam, he sacked his assistant Suras Kumar at the request of his client Razak Baginda. Father: Altantuya came to see Razak Sabrina Chan Jun 21, 07 6:53pm Malaysiakini  Dr Shaariibuu Setev, the father of the murdered Mongolian national Altantuya today told the Shah Alam High Court that his daughter traveled to Kuala Lumpur last October to meet Abdul Razak Baginda.To a question by DPP Manoj Kurup, Shaariibuu said Altantuya herself told him that.“I asked her if she had anybody as a reason to go there (Kuala Lumpur),” he said.“She told me yes. She said she knows someone in Malaysia whose name is Baginda,” explained Dr. Shaariibuu, with the help of an interpreter. Shaariibuu is the second prosecution witness to take the stand in this high-profile murder trial. Private investigator P Balasubramaniam has been testifying for the past three days and almost the full day today.  Shaariibuu also described his daughter as having a jet-setting life as a professional translator and interpreter. “She traveled most frequently to Malaysia, Singapore and China, but also traveled to many other countries.” When asked how many children he had, he replied that he had two daughters. Manoj will continue with his questioning tomorrow when the trial resumes before Justice Mohd Zaki Md Yasin. Political analyst Abdul Razak Baginda is charged with abetting the murder of Altantuya. Two special unit policemen, Chief Inspector Azilah Hadri and constable Sirul Azhar Umar are charged with murder.
