RPK’s credibility goes up another notch as a responsible, fast and reliable newsmaker. AAB finally admitted that divorcee Jean Danker (now Jeane Abdullah) is his new love. Jean happens to be the sister-in-law of Endon. Ask RPK for more details.
BTW, any of our bloggers got invited to the ceremony in Putrajaya? Pls extend my congratulations to the “pengantin baru”.
Abdullah Badawi to get married on Saturday
Posted by: Raja Petra
(Bernama, noon news item) — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi will marry Jeanne Abdullah on Saturday, June 9, the Prime Minister’s Office announced today.
(Malaysia Today, 8.06am) — Dear Dr MBS, you mean about Pak Lah nikah with Jean Danker? Aiyah, why you jump the gun? Today Pak Lah is going to mengadap Agong and after that he going to officially inform the Cabinet. After that only we should announce lah. Now you force me to tell all too early. What happen when Pak Lah mengadap Agong and Agong say, “Beta tahu. Beta dah baca kat Malaysia Today.” Won’t Pak Lah kemaluan besar? And we don’t want Cabinet members all shouting “Selamat Pengantin Baru!” before Pak Lah can announce to them.
(Malaysia Today, 21 Feb 2007) — Anyway, while on the subject of the Prime Minister’s wife, some say Pak Lah married Jean Danker on 22 January 2007 while others say he will be marrying her tomorrow, 22 February 2007. Now, which one is true we do not quite know yet but she is already following Pak Lah on his overseas trips. In the trip he made to Perth to officiate his brother’s Nasi Kandar restaurant, it seems his daughter, Nori, went berserk when she found Jean in Pak Lah’s bedroom. Only after Pak Lah explained that there is nothing sinister about the whole thing because they are already married did Nori calm down and, like it or not, accept the fact that her father had remarried.
(Malaysia Today, 6 Mar 2007) — Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi said reports on the Internet that he had remarried were only “rumours”. The Prime Minister, who was asked the question after attending the Bank Negara board of directors’ quarterly meeting Tuesday, said, “It’s just rumours, so only rumours, lah”.
